BRE Pulse LLC ("BRE Pulse," "we," "our," or "us") operates the BRE Pulse platform at brepulse.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account and purchase information. When you create an account or order a package, we collect your name, email address, organization name, community name, and state. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, card number, or CVV — Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance program.
Business check-in information. Organizations import or collect business contact names, email addresses, job titles, and organizations to invite the businesses in their community to complete a Business Check-in. Businesses provide profile confirmations, outlook and plan updates, and optional confidential questions and comments.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and analytics data via Google Analytics and Google Ads tags embedded in our pages. This data is used to measure traffic, advertising performance, and product usage.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, tell us and we will delete or anonymize your personal information, normally within 30 days of your request; we will confirm when it is done. Some records are kept longer: security and audit logs (including sign-in records and administrative actions), billing records, and anything we are required to keep by law. Public bodies should also note that records they hold may be subject to their own public-records obligations. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask for a copy.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (login state stored in browser localStorage) and analytics. Google Analytics and Google Ads tags collect anonymized usage and conversion data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
