For regional EDOs and councils of governments
You serve many communities with one small team. The platform models that directly: one organization, a service area of many municipalities, and, with the Network package, member communities working their own businesses under their own permissions while the region sees the aggregate.
Problems you already recognize
Coverage depends on which community has staff
The region's picture is only as good as its weakest member's spreadsheet.
Members will not share raw notes with the region
Nor should they have to. A regional roll-up needs aggregates and shared cases, not everyone's confidential record.
State and funder reporting is manual
Quarterly numbers are assembled by email from members, in incompatible formats.
The BRE (Business Retention & Expansion) use case
Today: the region runs BRE Essentials for the communities without staff, with a service area covering them and a public check-in page per community. Next: the Network package links member organizations so a municipality, the county, a utility and the state can work one expansion case with organization-specific permissions, shared and private fields, and upward aggregate reporting. A parent organization never automatically sees a member's private data.
About BRE Pulse →Example outcomes
- Every member community with a universe, a Knowledge Score baseline and an outreach list, whether or not it has staff.
- Shared expansion cases with the right people from each organization and nothing more.
- Regional and state reports that regenerate from the record.
